To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our policies.
Book your appointments at least one hour before your scheduled time.
Services that require a deposit will not be reserved without payment. The deposit for appointments is MWK 10,000, which validates your booking.
Please endeavor to stick to your appointment time to avoid affecting other clients’ bookings.
If you need to reschedule a paid service, kindly inform the artist at least 2 hours in advance.
Services are not quick treatments; each appointment is scheduled for a standard duration of 1 hour. We kindly ask that you plan your time accordingly.
Early morning and late-night appointments are accepted but may incur an additional cost.
Please arrive at your appointment with no makeup, mascara, or eyelash glue residue.
Any issues with lashes falling out excessively should be reported within 3 days of installation for a complimentary fix.
Refills should be done within 2–3 weeks. Appointments outside this timeframe will require a new set and will be charged as a full service.
To ensure our artists have enough time to provide high-quality service, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.
